City of Longmont, CO Recognizes MYR Group Subsidiary Sturgeon Electric For a Job Well Done

July 23, 2014

Debi Sadar, Traffic Signal Operations for the City of Longmont, Colorado, recently recognized MYR Group subsidiary Sturgeon Electric for their outstanding performance on a recent traffic signal project. She had this to say,

I just wanted to express my appreciation of the dedicated work the crew is doing that you have assigned to Longmont’s’ contract. Krisa is an outstanding Foreman and operates in a very efficient manner on all the various work orders we have executed, she is very professional in her quality of work and communication, a true asset to Sturgeon. The other two crew members (Greg & Tyler) have shown great effort in providing good quality work as well as communication as they do their tasks for us. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have this level of professional work being done for us since we entered into contract with Sturgeon. Here in Longmont I see the need to have a very reliable contractor who cares about the quality of the finished work. I predict as the future comes we will have the need more and more for contractor services to accomplish and continue our goal of a solid and reliable traffic signal system.

I feel it is also important to mention the last 15 to 20 years Sturgeon has been providing our loop install services contract and I have always been impressed with the level of service that Romano and Jason have done for us continuously. This service is something we have relied on and the crew has performed this service with excellent quality. I have never had to watch over them and the product has always been top notch.

Again a Big Thank You to all who are involved with providing these services to the Longmont Contract.”

We appreciate the kind words, and wanted to recognize Sturgeon Electric’s transportation department for a job well done!
